Products For No Makeup Makeup Look

As much as well all love makeup, some of us are into the careers where wearing too much makeup can actually be unacceptable. Hence what we mostly love in this case a No-Makeup Makeup Look.

This cannot be the only reason to go for a No-Makeup Makeup Look. Most of the times, we ladies want to look naturally in our homes or on our jobs and wear bright colors on eyes or lips, which is the second best reason to go for a minimal makeup look using products that make our skins smooth, blurred out and help us look beautiful and ready to be confident.

In this blog post, I am going to enlist some products that one can use to go for a No-Makeup Makeup Look. I will list these products in a list that will tell you the order in which you should start applying your makeup. So you can actually get the name of products and the order in which you can apply them from start to end.

I will be mentioning general product that one can use. If you guys want another such blog post with the name suggestion of different high end and drugstore brands then let me know in the comments section below.

Let’s begin our blog post!

Products For No-Makeup Makeup Look

1. Moisturizer

Skin moisturizing is an absolute must. So always choose a moisturizer as per your skin type and apply it and let it sit and absorb on your skin before you start applying your makeup.

It is always better to apply your moisturizer and then wait for 5 to 10 minutes before application of makeup products.

2. Primer

If you are someone with a combination skin type or an oily skin type, then you might have open pores. To minimize the look of open pores, you can definitely go for a primer.

Use a primer that suits best to your skin type and apply a little on your T Zone area and on cheeks where you have open pores. Apply the moisturizer with a patting motion with the hlp of your fingers and do not scrub it over your skin as with the help of patting with your fingers, it will sit evenly on your skin and fill in your pores.

3. BB Cream Or CC Cream

Once you have primed your face, the next product that you might need will be a BB cream or a CC cream if you want a little more than lightest coverage. You can even go for tinted moisturizers and skip the BB or CC creams if you want to go for minimalist or sheer coverage.

But if you are not someone who has a clear skin, and have some freckles or spots that you want to cover, then BB creams or CC creams will do the job without having to use foundations.

Apply few drops and then blend them in your ski with the help of a beauty blender or your fingers if you are a pro at makeup with fingers.

4. Concealer

You can easily skip this step if you do not have blemishes or dark circles around your eyes. This product is recommended for those only who have eye circles or dark spots on their face and for those as well who get puffy eyes and need to conceal it to look awake in the meetings.

A concealer will help you to conceal your dark spots and eye circles. Just put concealer on spots and under the eyes and then blend it well with the help of a beauty blender.

Another good thing about having a concealer is that you can really skip BB or CC cream and go for using a concealer under your eyes and on your dark spots or areas that need concealing and you will be done with a no foundation or no BB or CC Cream base. It will look like an actual No-Makeup Look if you only use concealer in few spots without having to use CC or BB Creams or even tinted moisturizers.

5. Setting Powder

A Setting powder is really a great option to use after putting on your concealer. Apply little setting powder that matches your skin tone or you could even go for a translucent loose powder all over your face. This will set the base or concealer in its place for the whole day.

6. Bronzer

If you love bronzer or love contouring your face on a daily basis even with minimalist makeup look, then you can use a bronzer instead of cream contour and apply it lightly on your cheeks, on your jawline and a little bit on the corners of your forehead or hairline if you have a broad forehead.

Now the major perk of having a bronzer is that, it can be used as an eye shadow as well. Use the same bronzer shade and put a little bit of it on the crease and blend it nicely to create a contoured look on your crease. You can apply it below your waterline to give a little bit of Smokey effect to your eyes as well. But try to keep it really light and do not make the shade too darker.

7. Blush

When it comes to a No-Makeup Makeup Look, then my blush advice to you will be using a peachy shade and keeping it really light. Apply a little bit on the bridge of your nose and on your chin if you want to look more fresh.

8. Highlighter

Personally, not everyone likes to go for a highlighter when opting for a minimalist makeup look, but I do like to keep my no-makeup makeup look a tiny bit of glowing.

So if you want to incorporate a highlighter, use a little bit of it on your cheek bones, nose tip, chin and a little bit over the edges of your brows.

9. Mascara

An eyeliner might not look too minimalist so we will ask you to skip the eyeliner for a no-makeup makeup look. Instead, I will recommend you guys to use Volumizing Mascara and go for two to three coats because they will define your eyes and make them look attractive without any shadows or liners.

10. Brow Gel Or Brow Mascara

Brows are the actual game changer in any makeup look. To keep up with the No-Makeup Makeup Look, I will highly suggest you guys to go for brow mascara look. You can achieve this look by using your any mascara and applying it lightly on your brows after setting you brow with a brow gel.

If you do not have thick brows that can do well with only  single coat of mascara following up the application of a brow gel, then I will advise you to use a brow pencil with bristles,  that creates the effect of fake hair like strokes on brows and gives you a natural thick brow look.

11. Lip Tint Or Lip Balm

Going for a No-Makeup Makeup Look will mean to not go for bold lipstick choices. Some people prefer using nude lipsticks, but I recommend using tinted lip balms or lips tints with peachy or brown shades.

If you are using lip tints with a layer of transparent lip balms over it, then you can go for pink ones as well that are really light in shade or peachy shades as well.

Our No-Makeup Makeup Look finishes with the application of lip tint or lip balm. I am sure my blog post will prove to be really helpful for you all and you guys will be able to slay your no-makeup makeup look by following the steps and the products mentioned above.
