Although I am one of those people who thinks that getting obsessed with anything can be bad, but trust me there is one obsession that I support very extremely and have actually made others to fall in this obsession trap as well, which is known as Self Care.




 


Self-Care should always be priority for all of us and I realized it by the time I reached my 30s, but still I think nothing is too late when it comes to Self Care. Self-Care should always include mental health as first priority. This is because a happy and content mind always makes a person freshen up and take better care of themselves either it is about eating healthy or taking care of their bodies in other ways by using different products.

 

Since this is a beauty blog, I am going to share some Self-Care beauty products that every person should have with them in order to take better care of their skin, hair and body.

 

But before moving forward, I must say this once again that before buying and keeping these products in your regular use, make sure to give preference to your mental health and eat healthy food so that the impact of these products can be doubled and tripled for greater benefits to your skin, hair and body.

1. Shampoo & Conditioner

 

A shampoo is mostly readily available in every household, but not all of us have a conditioner in our regular hair wash routine. Even I have always been ignoring this product for many years of my life. But always make sure to get conditioner along with your shampoo so that you are helping your hair to feel silky and shiny along with being them easy to manage after wash and to promote easy combing and detangling which will eventually reduce hair fall for you all.

 

 

2. Hair Oil

 

Hair oil is the second most important thing that every person should have available in their hair care products. The best hair oils that I can recommend include Mustard oil and Coconut oil. I will also recommend you guys to buy Castor oil and add this to your regular hair oil of your choice and use the oil once or twice a week.

This will not only make your hair thicker and shinier but will also stop hair fall, promote hair growth and treat bald spots if there are any.

 

 

3. Dry Shampoo

 

Having long hair means extra care. S much as we love freshly washed and clean hair, we all know that washing hair on a daily basis cannot be healthy for hair health. It can also be a mess and a big hassle to wash your hair on a daily basis or even on alternate days when you have really long hair.

Dry Shampoo can be your best friend and best solution for healthy and clean hair even on days when you cannot shampoo your hair either it will be the lack of time or you avoiding over washing your hair.

You must have this product available with you all the time. This will make your Hair Care routine a best one.

 

4. Heat Protectant Spray

 

If you are someone who styles their hair regularly, then you must have this product with yourself. Hair care is another form of self-care and represents almost 90 percent of our looks.

Having healthy hair is also a part of self-care and body pampering routine. Regular heat styling can make your hair fall, rough and frizzy. Hence always use hair protectant sprays to avoid ruining your hair permanently.

1. Sunscreen

 

No one can deny the importance of a sunscreen. Always keep one with an SPF of 45 or more with yourself.

Do not forget to apply sunscreen every morning either you are going outside or staying inside your house. A sunscreen is an essential part of self-care and should be applied to any body part that can be directly visible to the UV Rays coming from sunlight.

Like always, I will love to mention one very important thing here that when you apply sunscreen on your face, do not forget to apply it on your neck and ears as well.

 

 


2. Lip Balm

 

One should always have a lip balm with them. Having moisturized lips mean not getting them cracked or chapped so that they won’t hurt or look bad visibly.

Buy a good lip balm and keep using it multiple times a day if you are someone who suffers from chapped lips in harsh weathers like autumn and winter.

 

 

3. Face Masks

 

Face masks are very important, especially the mud masks. They do not only detox your face but also purify it by cleansing it from all the dirt and impurities. Hence always keep clay mask with you and use it once a week following up with a heavy moisturizer.

You can also opt for sheet masks if they suit you or even use any DIY masks from home made products. But make sure to use face masks once or twice a week for the best self-care of your face and neck area.

 

 

4. Moisturizer

 

You will always need a good moisturizer for your face either you have dry skin or very oily skin. So try to buy a moisturizer that suits your face skin as much as it suits your body skin.

Never try to forget moisturizing your body especially if you take showers on a daily basis. Your body needs moisturization as much as your hands and feet. Hence always try to have a good moisturizer with you all the time so that you can have smooth and gentle skin all the time.

 


2. Body Wash Or Shower Gel

 

A body wash is a product that is going to help you not only feel pampered and great every time you shower but is also gentle on the body skin. You should always consider taking your body or shower gel with you everywhere whilst travelling. This is a must have self-care product which will take care of your skin on a regular basis whenever you will shower.

 


3. A Good Antiperspirant Deodorant

 

Smelling good is always going to be your best step of self-care. If you do not smell bad and your body is free of every odor, you will feel fresh all day long, which will not only help you feel relaxed but also active and confident.

Hence always buy and keep a good Antiperspirant Deodorant with yourself to feel fresh and confident every day and all the time.

 

 

4. Body Scrub

 

Self-Care comes with taking care of your body along with your mind. The major reason why I want you to must have a body scrub in your self-care is because using a body scrub once or twice a week following up with a good moisturizer will make your body soft and subtle and help you  feel more fresh and confident in your skin.

Try to either buy a good organic body scrub or DIY your own body scrub at home to take good care of your body and help it shed off the dead skin to stay soft and gentle.

 

 

 

These are the products that I believe everyone must have with them all the time and use them on a regular basis or whenever required.
